Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for paid plans
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated LUTs

LUTs generated through the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may use generated LUTs in your creative projects without attribution. However, you may not resell or redistribute LUTs as standalone products.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by lutgen.app and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
